Serene Montecito Studio w/ Private Garden

Positive: Cute and charming little casita, perfect for a short getaway. Close to everything. Natty was amazing- we had some sudden changes and she was able to accommodate us. Great communication.

nice place, pet friendly, but no closets, three steps down to bed, sharp edges, hard to natrigate at night. patio was ok, but freeway noise kind of ruined it. easy to reach person listed. Location was fine, but due to freeway work(will it ever end?) added lots of traffic to location access.

Wonderful private Spanish style getaway. Positive: Great ambiance and vibe. Some of the decor and paint/maintenance were a little underwhelming, but by and large, very cute and a great option, especially in Montecito. Negative: The bed frame’s lack of support was surprising and a bit uncomfortable.

Wonderful property. Quiet and pretty and great location. Positive: The property is charming and pretty. The arched window and little garden outside are beautiful and it’s so peaceful to sit in the garden. The unit is very clean, well appointed and the host, Natty, made sure we were comfortable. The location is terrific. Very close to Summerland and not far from Santa Barbara. You have to drive to the beaches but they are close by and beautiful. Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. It’s terrific and we would visit again.

I’ve stayed here numerous times, everything I need, very welcoming and terrific communication. Great location.
